Do you ship internationally?

Once an order is processed at shipping stage, unfortunately we may not able to cancel it. However, reach out to our customer support at info@mansahair.com for further assistance or to explore any available options.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, our systems do not permit making any changes due to the fact that we have already started packing your packaging order. If you wish to proceed with a return, you can initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that you will responsible for covering the expenses associated with the return. Feel free to contact our customer support team at info@mansahair.com. They will be able to assist you with any questions or provide further guidance in regards on the return process.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping stage, you may be able to change your shipping address. Please contact our customer support email info@mansahair.com, and include your order number along with the updated shipping address details. Please be aware that changing the shipping address to another country might not be possible due to varying shipping costs.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
